Q: I was in an accident what should I do?
A: Be prepared before you have an accident so that at the time of the accident you will know what information you will need. Take the opportunity to prepare young drivers in your household too!
1. Exchange name and contact information, DMV driver license number, vehicle license plate and insurance company information from all persons involved in the accident.
2. If possible take pictures of the vehicles involved in the accident.
3. If the other party in the accident does not have insurance, call your insurance company for procedures or in case of injury contact the police.
4. Do not drive your car if the damages have compromised the safety of your vehicle.

Q: Where can I have my car repaired?
A: As a consumer you have the legal right to choose the repair facility of your choice. You are not required by law to provide more than one estimate.
Your insurance company or agent will have a list of their preferred repair shops however you may call the repair facility of your choice for your insurance needs. E-Tech Collision works with all insurance companies and provides a Written Warranty on the repairs performed for as long as you own the vehicle.

A: E-Tech Collision works with all insurance companies to make your repair process go as smooth as possible. We start the process with accurate estimates using a Computerized Estimating System with continually updated software. Our customers and the insurance company will be informed as needed during the repair process. We will arrange to have your vehicle towed from the accident if needed or from your residence. Need a car rental? E-Tech will contact the car rental company and arrange those details as well.
